Not only is it a great source of fiber but is loaded with protein, micronutrients, and omega-3 fatty acids (making chia seeds one of the few vegetarian sources of omega-3)💪🏼 . Chia seeds are an easy, nutritious addition to any recipe, be it a smoothie, salad, or yogurt, as it does not have a strong taste. It can be used as a thickener and binder in any recipe, making it a popular choice in the vegan world in place of eggs.

I learned this simple, easy, and nutritious recipe which is our new family favorite from my friend/classmate, Nomi. Thank you so much!! It can be a healthy and yummy breakfast or a snack or a dessert! However or whenever you like…. It also goes well with any fruit fresh or frozen, or granola or oats.
