How to eat to achieve wellness?

The first article you read tells you fat is bad, the very next one might tell you there are good fats and bad fats.
One blog tells you carbs are bad, another one emphasizes eating carbs from whole foods.
Some tell you to eat 6 times a day to improve metabolism and another talk tells you to eat only two meals a day.

Information overload? Confused???
